Marketing & Events Assistant 12-month FTC
ROLE SUMMARY AND DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW:

The Marketing team plays a central role in driving brand visibility and client engagement through a comprehensive marketing and events programme. Operating in a collaborative and fast-moving environment, the team works closely with the Executive Committee, Equities, Research, Investment Banking teams to enhance Peel Hunt’s profile and deliver seamless event experiences that support business growth.

The Marketing and Events Assistant will support in the planning, coordination, and delivery of conferences, events, and marketing campaigns as well as having sole ownership for smaller events. This position requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
1. Responsibilities:
Event Coordination
• Assist in planning and executing client conferences and events.
• Lead on the internal events programme and ownership of smaller client events.
• Event logistics including venue booking, catering, AV requirements, event collateral production and attendee registration.
• Provide hands-on support during events, ensuring smooth operations, from greeting guests to managing badge desks.
Marketing Support
• Support the development and scheduling of marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other channels.
• Assist with content creation for event collateral, presentations, and digital platforms.
• Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems.
• Upload content for website, intranet, social media and screens.
Administrative Duties
• Provide general admin support to the Marketing team.

• 1+ years events, admin, marketing experience
