Department and Role Overview
The Investment Banking Department offers corporate broking, corporate finance and M&A advisory services to over 147 clients. The Investor Relations team acts as a key front line function encompassing interactions between our corporate clients and investors.
Through our Investor Relations service, investors gain deeper insight into a company’s business, financial performance, prospects and governance and in turn, this enables companies to gain feedback from the investor audience. This role is responsible for providing dedicated support to ensure seamless delivery of shareholder analysis, corporate access, and investor event activities.
Role Responsibilities
Roadshows / Investor Events:
1. Obtain required documentation (e.g., corporate results presentations) and distribute materials to internal and external stakeholders ahead of presentations, institutional meetings, and site visits.
2. Prepare and upload roadshow schedules into Singletrack.
3. Prepare institutional profile documents (template-driven summaries used for investor meetings).
4. Collect investor feedback post‑roadshow and events, compiling and drafting feedback reports.
5. Book rooms for presentations, meetings, and video calls as required.
6. Send meeting confirmations and reconfirmations to clients.
7. Source appropriate venues for client events and private dinners.
8. Arrange courier delivery of documentation where needed.
Shareholder Analysis:
1. Liaise with corporate clients to confirm shareholder analysis cut‑off and delivery dates.
2. Work with RD:IR (external analysis provider) to resolve client queries.
3. Circulate shareholder analysis reports to clients and internal account managers.
4. Save registers in relevant client folders and upload to Singletrack.
5. Maintain the shareholder analysis delivery schedule.
Team Administrative Tasks:
1. Provide general administrative support to the IR team as required.
2. Distribute weekly IR emails: Forthcoming Meetings and Events and Two Weeks Ahead.
3. Process invoices for the IR team.
4. Handle corporate access requests for client meetings.
5. Provide roadshow coordination support during team absences to ensure business continuity.
Other Responsibilities:
1. Travel as required on behalf of the Company.
2. Attend internal and external compliance training seminars to maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regulatory requirements.
3. Perform other duties as may be required or requested by your line manager.

Regulatory Responsibilities
· This role is subject to the Conduct Rules and, where applicable, the Certification Regime under the FCA’s Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR).
